With over 150 people in our bustling contact centre, it’s safe to say our team is our biggest asset. We invest a lot of time and resource recruiting the brightest people and providing all the training and support they need to be successful.
We’re obsessed with making Policy Expert great - somewhere our team are proud to say they work and their friends are jealous they don’t. With our training, career progression, social events and newly refurbished offices, we think we’re moving in the right direction. Being perfectionists, we’re always improving. Plus, we like to keep the HR team busy!
Working at Policy Expert
One thing we all agree on at Policy Expert is there’s never a dull moment. Whether we’re celebrating milestones, organising charity bake sales or welcoming new team members there’s always something going on.
Team Managers work tirelessly to make sure everyone is working together as a team and that each individual is always improving. After all, it’s our unified approach which has led to us being the UK’s number 1 rated Home Insurance provider.
From time to time everyone works across different teams and areas of the business. Whilst this can be challenging, it’s a great way to learn new skills and meet people from different sections.
Developing our experts. Could it be you?
Don’t know what you want to do with your career? Don’t worry some of us still don’t know. But what we do know is we can teach you essential skills which are transferable to a variety of roles and industries. Skills like overcoming objections, customer service, negotiating and teamwork.
Over 80% of our managers started their Policy Expert career on the phones - progressing through various roles to Team Managers and Section Managers. This means a lot to us because we’re passionate about developing our experts and rewarding them for their hard work.
All our training is developed and delivered by our dedicated training managers. Doing this internally ensures our experts always have lots of support close by and there is always someone available if they have any questions.
Do you have expert qualities?
We’re confident we can teach you about insurance, so this experience isn’t essential for new team members. What is important is you have a willingness to learn and deliver great service to our customers.
We want to hear from you, if you're:
- Great with people
- Dedicated to delivering great service
- Motivated and ambitious
- A team player
