We want to shout about our best employees, so we hold monthly award ceremonies, to celebrate their outstanding efforts and achievements. Both individual and team performances are taken into consideration for the monthly incentives, which could be anything from winning a spa break for two to team outings to Alton Towers or Harry Potter World.
Everyone needs a bit of downtime, so we’ve set up a dedicated games area where you can play table tennis, pool or air hockey, or simply take a break in our chill out zone. We also hold regular social events, including a summer barbeque for all the family and, of course, a fabulous Christmas party!
It’s not all about the social aspect though – we know a healthy work-life balance is critical to employee wellbeing, so we work hard to get the balance right for everyone. We want to build our employees up so they can achieve their goals, whatever they are. To do this, we offer monthly development sessions with line managers to talk about how to improve their current performance, as well as what is needed to achieve long-term goals.
