It’s simple to submit a claim online and it’s the quickest way to get your claim moving.

Here’s how it works:

  • First, tell us what happened.
  • Next, we'll show you your excess and any important information you need to know about your claim.
  • Then, confirm you wish to proceed.

    If you choose not to proceed it will not impact your premium at renewal.

Important: Have your policy number and the details of the incident and your claim ready before you begin.

Home emergencies

Cover for if you're experiencing an emergency which leaves your home unsafe or not secure, or which leaves you without essential services, like heating or a working toilet.

Here's how it works:

  • First, tell us what happened – don't appoint your own tradesperson before you've spoken to us, or we won't be able to accept your claim.
  • One of our team of experts will get in touch with you. After speaking with you, they'll be able to select the right tradesperson to come to your home.
  • One of our accredited tradespeople will then contact you directly to arrange a visit to your home to resolve your emergency.

Important: You must report the emergency within 48 hours of discovering it.
