Who is Policy Expert?

Policy Expert was established in 2010 as a new kind of insurance business, with a mission to put customers at the heart of everything we do.

What does the change mean for me?

We're making the transition from Sure Thing! to Policy Expert as seamless as possible – there is no change to existing policy terms and conditions, and all features and benefits remain the same.

Our team will be available as always to support you and we've outlined a few key points for you below:

  • Customer communications: Emails, letters, SMS etc. will continue to be sent as usual, but will come from Policy Expert.
  • Make changes: You can continue to make changes to your policy at any time online when you login. Your login details remain the same. If you prefer to speak to someone, give us a call or speak to us on live chat.
  • Make a claim: We're still available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
