Team Manager

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and inspiring a team of up to 10 advisors to work within the KPI sales framework
  • Managing call handling rates to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Conducting regular briefings with your team, using informative and engaging communication methods
  • Upholding regulatory standards across the team
  • Monitoring, analysing and forecasting qualitative and quantitative data to measure current and future sales performance
  • Setting objectives, coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring sales representatives
  • Improving customer experience levels by building comprehensive improvement plans, based on insight from internal and external data monitoring and research
  • Recognising and celebrating exceptional sales and customer experience delivery within your team, tailoring the methods to suit each person

What we would like you to have

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing a team in a call centre environment
  • A natural desire to achieve more, and motivate yourself
  • A positive mind-set, with an engaging approach to getting the best out of a team
  • Strong performance management skills to resolve issues and tackle difficult situations
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for interpreting data to develop and improve team performance
  • The ability to work under pressure and to meet targets
  • Great organisational skills, both for yourself and managing a team
