What you’ll be doing

  • Dealing with inbound calls from customers who wish to make a change to their insurance policy mid-term.
  • Responding to customer correspondence by email and letter
  • Accurately amending customer policies within target timeframes
  • Effectively managing and resolving complaints
  • Recording all details of the cancellation saves process for accurate reporting

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a great telephone manner
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Empathy and patience for customer needs
  • A positive mind-set, and the ability to work in a team environment, under your own initiative.
  • Great attention to detail, and ability to record information accurately under pressure.
