This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in our brand new contact centre which launched in May 2011.
 
With proven experience of working in a busy contact centre environment, you will have excellent telephone communication skills and a passion to deliver the highest level of customer service.

Preferably from an insurance background and with a strong sales ability, you’ll be confident handling queries and assisting a wide range of people to purchase the correct insurance to meet their needs. Attention to detail and high-level customer care will be essential in providing the best service possible to our customers.
 
Although an understanding of insurance products is desirable, full training will be given to the successful candidates.
